Booking Terms: Extra person rate $35 per night on a Fold Out Bed
Cots & High Chairs $20 one off fee
Longer stay rates available through low season, please contact us for prices
Minimum night stay applies in mid and peak season

Please note the following Terms & Conditions apply to our current specials:

Only available for stays from 1st May – 1st June 2023. Sale ends 15th May 2023

Non-Refundable deposit of 50% on Booking Balance on morning of arrival
Offer can not be used in conjunction with any other promotions or any other discounted accommodation
N/A during school holidays, public holidays or event weekends.

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 14 days prior to arrival. Peak periods total price will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. Payment for Accommodation will be processed 14 days prior to arrival. If cancelled or modified later, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Peak Periods (inclusive dates)
* 14th to 17th April 2022
* 27th to 31st October 2022
* 16th December to 15th January 2023
* 31st March to 16th April 2023

If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. Payment for Accommodation will be processed 30 days prior to arrival. If cancelled or modified later, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. If the apartment is re-let for the cancelled period then a refund may be made back to the guest.

By booking accommodation via this means, acceptance and agreement to this Booking Conditions and Cancellation Policy is assumed.

We highly recommend all our guests to have an appropriate level of travel insurance.
